March Leading Lady Amy Tsuruta | Take Three

Our March Leading Lady, Amy Tsuruta, is back for her thrilling third performance!  If you missed her smashing debut you must see it...CLICK HERE or her second kraftacular performance CLICK HERE.

Today Amy, like any great performer, succeeds in dazzling us with her versatility and command of her craft :-)....

...and I'm back!  It's Amy and I'm back with Take Three!

Let's get started, shall we?!

Here's a peek at all three of my projects today:

Today's theme:  One Sketch ● Three different Ways

I was thrilled to see Winnie & Walter sponsoring AND playing along with the

I'm a sketch junkie so I thought it would be fun to work on three different projects inspired by the same sketch....for a twist, I used the same 6x6 paper pad, Pink Paislee's Bella Rouge.

Each project has it's own different look, lets start with the Happy Birthday shaker!

I made a tag shaker that is filled with heart shaped wood veneer along with some of the 1st Birthday Bash Sequins Mix!

The happy has been stamped on vellum and the birthday on a tab of black cardstock.  They are both from The Big, the Bold and the Happy.

The polka dot panel base has been separated by one of the images from Scenery:  Stripes.  I'm loving the boldness of the black heat embossing.

Next up is an altered hinged tin:

Can you see the fun Goldie Trim Cutaways?  I used white craft foam...love that stuff!  The tag is from Essentials:  Katharine Cutaways.  I shortened up the tag by using zig zag border cutaway.  The sentiment, from The Big, the Bold and the Happy, has been heat embossed with silver embossing powder.  I added pops of color by using the pink sequins in the 1st Birthday Bash Sequins Mix.

Inside the tin is a glassine bag filled with mint M&M's, makes for a great little giftie!

My last card for today uses Sugar Rush!

I heat embossed the cupcake and the banner in gold embossing powder and colored everything in various shades of pink and fuchia.  The tag from Essentials:  Katharine Cutaways, has been cut in a newsprint patterned paper.  You can see the text through the copics which adds to the fun!  I'm loving how the 'cupcake greetings' seems to pop!  It has been heat embossed in black.  The cupcake has been sprinkled with sequins from the 1st Birthday Bash Sequin Mix.

That's it for me today but before you go, Julie & Shay have kindly given me a $30 Winnie & Walter Gift card to give-a-way!  I'm going to do a random draw on the comments that are left on the Saturday Leading Lady posts here, on the Winnie & Walter blog!

Make sure you swing by my blog because I'm going to be giving away another $30 Winnie & Walter Gift card {I'm matching Julie & Shay's!}.  It'll work the same way, leave comments on the Winnie & Walter Saturday posts on my personal blog for the month of March and I'll do a random draw for one lucky winner!
