Hello everybody! Vanessa here with
another card using the new cute stamps and die-cuts!
I can't help it, if something is as adorable as the little
creatures from the new Evelin T Designs sets, I have to use it again and again.
Here I created a fun background with the Typecast:
Cary Numbers Cutaways for my focal image:
I like the subtle look when die-cutting something from a panel and
adhering it to a card the same color. After I had die-cut the numbers from
Kraft cardstock and adhered it to my Kraft cardbase, I stamped the giraffe
from Welcome
to the Family with Evelin T Designs and the balloon from LS
Exclusives: So Tweet with Evelin T Designs onto white cardstock. Then
I colored them with Copics and die-cut them with the matching dies. I adhered
them to the card with foam tape. Now I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of
yellow cardstock, trimmed it and adhered it. Finally, I added sequins to the
card.
Beautiful and vibrant card!! How cute is that giraffe and the pop of color really comes out beautifully against kraft paper. Love the numbers in the background. Very subtle and effective for interest :)
