WCMD 2018 | Dress Up Your Die Cuts Challenge with Gayatri

To get all the information about w&w WCMD 2018 CLICK HERE.

The challenge title: Dress Up Your Die Cuts.

Explanation: Make your die cut pop by dressing up the die cuts on your card. Stamp them, colour them, sponge inks on them, watercolour them, use alcohol inks on them.... Whatever floats your boat.
However, stamping, colouring or heat emboss on coordinating dies is not part of the challenge.
Here is my take on the challenge.

On the card, I used In a Word: Joy cutaway which is stamped used the image from Elisa's Flora  stamp set and coloured using copic markers. I also stamped the same image on the top of the card front and coloured using copic markers to coordinate with the Joy sentiment. I also sponged Peeled Paint distress ink in ombre fashion from top of the card front. The JOY sentiment is glued flat on the card front because I didn't want big dimension. This card is one of my Christmas card design this year. That means I can mass produce this card.If you want dimension, then you can stack and glue three JOY die cuts. I also added some jewels for the festive bling to finish the card.

Hope you are inspired my take on the challenge. I cannot wait to see what you come up with. Happy World Cardmaking Day!
