Congrats Janis and Karen! Please email us at info {at} winniewalter {dot} com. Karen, I will additionally need your mailing address.
Now on to this month's Rerun!
Each Rerun will provide plenty of inspiration focusing upon a featured product, a month-long sale on the featured product and a challenge (with a prize!) and giveaway. You will not want to miss out!
For our twentieth Rerun we are concentrating on Scenery: Stripes. This set is truly a basic that is amazingly versatile for making backgrounds or borders. This go-to set is timeless, ageless, gender-neutral and goes with anything and any style.
Now on to the cards!
Now on to the cards!
Shay
I have to admit it having a love for classic shapes including stripes and therefore I am sure it comes as no surprise that I have a special fondness for Scenery: Stripes. It is just one of those stamp sets that could be used everyday regardless of the occasion or recipient. It can be used a little for emphasis or to create a pattern that is the focus of the card. For a couple of past cards I made the stripes are the star:
Today's card I used the stripes to emphasis and accent.
I needed a card for an upcoming bridal shower and so I decided I wanted to use the second thickest bold stripe from the set to create 3 golden yellow dramatic lines stamped with Catherine Pooler ink in tiara on a white card front as a place to ground the busier flowers and leaves cut using the Just Be You 6 x 6 paper pad from Echo Park Paper Company and In Bloom: Maggie's Roses Cutaways (currently out of stock, but will be back in stock by the end of the month). For the sentiment I cut "celebrate" from The Big, the Bold and Party Cutaways 3 times using the same paper pad and glued them all together for added dimension.
Lastly, I added some sparkling clear confetti mix from Pretty Pink Posh.
That's it from me...wait until you see what Heather H., Kelly, Keren and Vanessa did with Scenery: Stripes!

Now it's your turn to play along with Rerun!
- Create a new project using Scenery: Stripes (and/or the coordinating cut files). An alternative to using Scenery: Stripes. (and/or the coordinating cut files) is to create a new project using one of the projects featured in this post (or any Rerun post throughout June by The Talent) as your inspiration. Make sure you use at least one (1) w&w product (this can include a freebie found in the w&w shop) in your project. If you choose the alternative to using Scenery: Stripes. (and/or the coordinating cut files), please include in your post or project description which project inspired you and how.
- Link up your project here by 11:55 p.m. CST on June 30, 2017.
- Enter as many times as you want before the deadline.
- This Rerun Challenge may be combined with other challenges found here on the w&w blog or elsewhere.
One project will be randomly chosen to win $25.00 credit to the w&w shop! The winner will be announced on it on the w&w blog later in July.
