Hello again! Can't believe its already the last week!! I had so much fun making these cards and posts, wish it would last longer!! For my last post, I am showcasing these cute little critters, so adorable, I just threw away any other ideas I had so I could use them on my cards! :)
For my first card, I used the critters from Party On with Evelin T Designs. I stamped them using a brown ink, then gave them a soft watercoloring using distress inks. I did the same with the flowers. For the background, too I used distress inks. And the grassy hill/ground - I die cut that using the Party On with Evelin T Designs Cutaways, too! The sentiment comes from Happy Dance with Evelin T Designs.
For my second card, I used the critters from Happy Dance with Evelin T Designs. I colored these critters using Zig brush pens. I used distress oxide ink for the background, masking each area for coloring in, added a few splotches of water, then stamped a few stars from the same stamp set, for something extra. Finally added the sentiments from Sentimental: Birthday. I then trimmed the piece, adhering it over a black card base with glitter washi tape at the side.
For my last card, I used the critters from an older set, Happy Owlidays with Evelin T Designs - the owls are just totally adorable! I watercolored the owls using distress inks, fuzzy cut them. For the background, I created a galaxy background using watercolors, then tore up half the panel and mounted it on my white card base. I then added the branch and the cute owls, and also stamped the sentiment.
So there are the three cards together! Hope you liked them! Thank you so much, Shay for having me over! It really was fantastic working on so many creations, and brand new products! Absolutely!! :) Be sure to leave a comment on my blog on or before the 30th for a chance to win the $30 gift certificate to the Winnie & Walter store. Winner will be announced on Sep 1st.
