Good morning! Heather here to share a fun little shaker card (with a twist!) that I put together using some of the latest release from Winnie and Walter! Even though the last release had many items with a Christmas theme, there are loads of sentiments that can be used well beyond that season!
For my card today, I started off by cutting the frame from In a Word: Holiday Tiles out of lavender glitter cardstock from Simon Says Stamp. I also die cut In a Word: Believe Cutaway from SSS turquoise glitter cardstock. I heat embossed a tiny sentiment from In Bloom: Debra's Poinsettias on a strip of black cardstock.
I assembled this as a see through shaker - so there is a window that goes completely through the front of the card! I started off by die cutting the frame from the front panel of white cardstock, as well as the white cardbase. I layered some acetate behind the panel on the front, then glued the glitter frames, words, and small sentiment into the front of that piece. I also applied acetate to the front of the card base around the window, then layered foam adhesive around the window and edges of that. I filled the center with some pretty iridescent tiny star confetti from Pretty Pink Posh, then layered the pieces together! I used one of the white die cuts on the inside to give it a nice clean finished look on both sides.
Hope you enjoyed and feel inspired! Have a wonderful day!!!
That’s a great, cheerful card !
