Hello.
Today I have a new baby card to share with you.
I know quite a few people that are expecting so I wanted to get some cards ready.
The perfect set for this is LS Exclusives: So Tweet with Evelyn T Designs and matching cutaways.
I started using the grand diagonal and classic diagonal creative screenings.
I then used distress inks in various blues and greens with a brush to add the colour.
Its a messy kind of plaid effect.
I added some splashes of water then removed the excess to keep the look kind of loose and random.
To finish the panel I added some gold splatters .
The panel was the die cut using Essentials: Katharine Cutaways and the True Multifaceted Heart Cutaways.
Then the sentiment was stamped in black archival ink inside the space from the die cut heart.
I then stamped and coloured the images on some water colour card.
I used my Inktense pencils and a water brush for colouring.
They were then die cut using the cutaways.
Once the panel was adhered in place on the card blank I added the die cut leaves and bird.
The final touch were some sequins around the sentiment.
The sequins are from Walter sparkly selection.
Thanks so much for looking.
