Hello.
I am so excited to be Winnie and Walters leading lady for February.
Being a big fan of Winnie and Walter products I'm in
heaven getting to make stuff and share it with you.
I had lots of plans about what i wanted to do ...and
you know what they say about plans lol.
I received the new January release stamps and just
played, this is the result.
I stamped the bear from Stampets: The Gift and coloured with copics before fussy cutting.
I wanted a soft clean and simple feel to the card so
used a light colour inks to stamp the border from Scenery:party hangover
and the circle of sparkles from the Sparkle set.
The sentiment is stamped in black archival ink.
To finish the bear was adhered using foam tape and i
added some sequins and some pink liquid pearls.
I also made a matching tag which will be perfect for
when i wrap up the gifts.
I have another baby card but with a different look.
Originally i wanted this card one layer so i masked
the bear so that everything was on one level.
The cupcake is from Sugar Rush and the gift box is
from The Party, these are super fun sets and i cant wait to play more with
them.
This time i have coloured with prisma color pencils,
they give a different feel than copics, i think it looks a bit more vintage.
Once everything was coloured i masked all the images
and used the same stamp from Scenery: The Party Hangover to create some
pattern behind everything.
I layered the front panel onto a die cut that i coloured
using the Scenery: Classic Diagonal Creative Screening before adhering to my card base.
Again i have made a matching tag but with less layers
this time.
I love that you can mix and match any of the stamps
from Winnie and Walter for so many occasions.
Julie and Shay have very kindly given me $30 gift card
to the Winnie and Walter store to give away on my blog,
I would love it if you stopped by ...and if you leave
a comment you will be entered into the draw for the gift card.
I look forward to being here again for my second act .
Thanks so much for looking
