For our thirty-second Rerun we are concentrating on Mini Scenery: Madison.  Like all the mini scenery series this is a little stamp with a lot of punch and versatility!

Now on to the cards!

Shay

I have no idea how we are already well into July, do you?!?  This being the beginning of July we have another Rerun for you and this time around it is the fun Mini Scenery: Madison which reminds me of waves, scales and peacocks.

As I mentioned I went straight for peacocks for my inspiration for today's card. Can you see the color inspiration and a bit of the design?  On a piece of watercolor paper I stamped Mini Scenery: Madison with grey ink.  Next I watercolored in with Distress Inks in salty ocean and chipped sapphire.  Next I painted in with lime iridescent paint the top of each arch.  I cut out the rectangle and adhered it with foam adhesive to a larger leaf green piece of cardstock and then adhered that to a white A2 card base.  Out of lime cardstock I cut out the In a Word: Hello Cutaway (you can use any of them you wish to change out the sentiment) and also painted over it with the lime iridescent paint.  Last I adhered that to the card and voila the card is done!

That's it from me...wait until you see what Gayatri and Kelly did with Mini Scenery: Madison ...so awesome!
