#missingyou! with Gayatri

Hey everyone, This is Gayatri here with you today with my first post for the month of June.

I have a very trendy card to share with you today. While I have been working with a lot of floral and fona cards lately and enjoying it. I decided I wanted to do something totally different. Something trendy. After browsing through my Winnie & Walter stash, I pick an older stamp set to play with. This set is one of my all time favourite of Winnie & Walter. This set is called The Write Stuff: Picture Perfect!

Here is card using this stamp set.

I wanted the card to be light, fresh and trendy. So picked pastel colours from Altenew. I used Pink Pearl, Pink Diamond and Sun Kissed altenew inks for the frame on the background. Then I stamped the camera using black ink and coloured the imaged using Polychromos pencils in pasted blue. Then I hand cut the camera image and adhered on centre bottom of the stamped frames.

The sentiment from the stamp set I stamped them randomly around the frame. On the camera I stamped the sentiment from The Big, the Bold and Friends. The hashtag sentiment is also from The Big , the Bold and Friends. The hashtag and ampersand are from The Write Stuff: Picture Perfect.

I added glossy accents on the camera and Nuvo jewel drops around the camera on the panel. The trimmed panel is adhered on a pastel pink card base.
