We have two beautiful additions to the In Bloom series both of which come from our very own Lydia Evans! I am so excited to have Lydia designing with us and her sets: In Bloom: Debra's Poinsettia with Lydia Evans and In Bloom: Victoria's Very Merry Flowers with Lydia Evans both have lots of layering options as well as beautiful sentiments. We are introducing coordinating cutaways for both stamp sets as well.
The In Bloom collection are often named for someone special to the designer which is the case with today's two stamp sets...In Bloom: Debra's Poinsettia with Lydia Evans is named for Lydia's mum and In Bloom: Victoria's Very Merry Flowers with Lydia Evans is named for Lydia's Nan.
To our Cover Model series we are introducing Cover Model: Do You See What I See? Cutaway which is almost a kaleidoscope of a pattern with different shapes seen depending on how you look at it!

>>>THE GOOD STUFF<<<
Let's get to the fun part and see these products in action.
Shay
I started by creating backgrounds on panels of white cardstock with Scenery: Buffalo Check Creative Screenings and then I used both Scenery: Ticking Stripe Creative Screenings and Scenery: Grand Trellis Creative Screenings and white embossing paste. I let them dry and then flicked gold shimmer paint on them. I set aside to dry for a while.
I stamped the large solid poinsettia in red 5 times and the detail and center in a darker red from In Bloom: Debra's Poinsettia with Lydia Evans and cut it out using the coordinating die. I also stamped the large leaf 7 times in green and detail in darker green and cut it out using the coordinating die. I also stamped out the greenery twice from In Bloom: Victoria's Very Merry Flowers with Lydia Evans and cut it out using coordinating die.
I cut out the "merry" twice from In a Word: Merry Coordinating Cutaways from white cardstock and likewise cut out the scalloped frame from In a Word: Holiday Tiles Cutaways and stamped "christmas" in red from In Bloom: Victoria's Very Merry Flowers with Lydia Evans. I also cut out the flag tag die from Tagged: Holiday Cheer Cutaways and stamped the same "christmas". I adhered the cards together with foam dimensional adhesive. I added some gold glitter enamel dots as a final embellishment.
That's it for me today. Now on to some extraordinary inspiration by Alice and The Talent! Please be sure to click the links to their blogs and leave them some love.
