Hello Winnie & Walter Fans!
I'm super excited to be here as the Leading Lady for this month!!!
Thanks you Julie & Shay for this wonderful opportunity!!
I’m from Robbinsville, NJ. I’ve been married to wonderful
husband for 18 years and together we’ve two adorable girls of age 14 and 10.
I’ve been papercrafting for seven years now. I’m a cardmaker , a stamp
addict and a budding scrapbooker. I like to try new techniques and trends for
my creations. I have been so fortunate to have my
creations published in several Papercrafting magazines and have designed for
some wonderful companies.
This is my most favorite crafty time of the year....I love to create holiday projects!
My most favorite things to use for holiday projects are...
GOLD & GLITTER
Today I have few quick & easy glittery gold projects to share with you all.
First comes my fave combo White, Gold & Kraft.
I have used the gorgeous In a Word: Joy Cutaway and Beautiful In Bloom: Elsa's Flora stamp set for this card.
Simply heat embossed the images using WOW Gold Glitter embossing powder, then added the diecut on it.
I love the frosty look ...so used some diamond dust glitter on the JOY diecut.
Ties few jingle bells with jute twine and added few clear sequins!!
I mail a lot of holiday cards so almost flat and postal friendly design is necessary for me.
Here are some CAS postal friendly cards...
Red and Gold looks fabulous together.
Fast & easy card so made a bunch of them!
I used Mini Scenery - Multigrain background to create a tone-on-tone background for my gorgeous gold wreath.
The Gold wreath is from In Bloom- Hollie's Festive Florals stamp set.
Love the sentiment font ...it's from Merry & Bright with Evelin T Designs set.
Next up is some simple watercolor goodness with gold...
I don't have much watercoloring skills, so I like to do color washes.
Sentiment is again from Merry & Bright with Evelin T Designs set. I heat embossed it on watercolor paper using WOW gold glitter EP, then added some distress inks on it for fun & Trendy watercolor look.
This watercolor style is seen all over the blogland...quick & easy to do and NO SPECIAL TALENT OR TRAINING NEEDED.
I used Essentials: Noelle Cutaways to cut out the watercolored panel.
Non-Traditional colors are fun!!!
Gold & Glitter are not only for cards , they work great for gifts & tags!!!
Here is a gift for one of my good friend...
What's in it???
Some fun tags, she can use for her gift packaging.
I got some wooden tags from Target dollar spot and heat embossed one of my most favorite image from this recent W&W release...stag head!!
Its from Comfort + Joy stamp set.
Tags were ready in just five minutes and looks fabulous in real life.
I packed the tags in a frosted pillow box and added a tag on it.
For my tag (on the packaging) I used sentiment from Merry & Bright with Evelin T Designs set, image from In Bloom: Elsa's Flora set.
Added a gold glittery bow to finish off the packaging... Take a Bow Cutaways are AWESOME dies!!!
I used the biggest bow from the die set.
I'm going to give a Decoart gold pen with the tags so my friend write on them.
Hope you all like these projects!
I had a blast creating with these amazing W&W products, I'll see you nest week with few more projects!!
Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Crafting!
Piali.
