Welcome to our second day Share the Love Week featuring Essentials by Ellen by Ellen Hutson LLC! This is a fun-filled week where we show how much we love Ellen Hutson LLC by using their Essentials by Ellen products with Winnie & Walter products. We share projects and challenge you to participate too for a chance to win!
Ellen Hutson LLC not only carries an amazing array of products, but their brand, Essentials by Ellen, designed by the ever-outstanding Julie Ebersole is amazing! As a huge fan, it is always a delight to see what products they are releasing next. It was a dream to play with Essentials by Ellen products with our own.
Today our challenge is SENTIMENTAL! Put the emphasis on the sentiment.
Shay
Ellen Hutson LLC kindly sent us all Essentials by Ellen Clear Stamps, Totally Awesome and Essentials by Ellen Designer Dies, Brushstroke Wonderful by Julie Ebersole (find out how you could win both generously provided by Ellen Hutson LLC by reading further). For my first card I used the Essentials by Ellen Clear Stamps, Totally Awesome by stacking the sentiments on an acrylic block and stamping them in various blue inks and then overstamping it in black in for an optical illusion sort of vibe. I chose to stamp "you" from The Big, the Bold and You (I have been inking up this stamp a lot lately!) in a red-orange to really set it off. I added some star embellishments I got from Freckled Fawn a while ago (big fan of theirs) and I can't seem to do without some flicks of spray either (this time black). lol
For something different but just as simple I used one of my favoritest stamp sets of all time which features a very beloved flower of mine: Essentials by Ellen Clear Stamps, Mondo Hydrangea. I swoon over this stamp set. You really need to check out how Kelly showcased this stamp set HERE...Holy hydrangea, Batman! Or how Taheerah used it to create such a modern and lovely card HERE. My own offering is very modest in comparison.
I paired the singular blooms with a sentiment from Kindness with Evelin T Designs. Note how nicely the "kindness" is *die* cut out? ;-) So happy with that...more on our shop update next week. I heat embossed the blooms in white embossing powder as well as the sentiments. Add a few pink jewels and pearls and done.
Now for the excitingly sensational sentimental projects by Kelly and Keren of the Talent! We hope we inspire you to create some Ellen Hutson + Winnie & Walter projects showcasing sentiments!
