It's Shay here with a little update about love as we all need more of it in our lives!
Our next Share the Love Week will begin Monday, June 20 and we are featuring Essentials by Ellen by Ellen Hutson LLC! We are so excited as we adore Ellen Hutson LLC, the people behind this lovely company and their line of products designed by Julie Ebersole. We will have a challenge each day from Monday - Friday of next week so get your Essentials by Ellen products and w&w products ready to play along for prizes!
I ship all packages out of my day job office. We will be installing new flooring next week which means the whole office (including printer and computers) will be packed up. I will be unable to ship orders placed from Monday, June 20 and will resume shipping on Monday, June 27. The good news is at the end of the week of June 27th I will be restocking the shop with stamps and cutaways including a few new coordinating cutaways!
It's going to be an exciting next couple of weeks here on the w&w blog so I hope you will visit often. :-)
I also want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as I get my "sea legs" as the sole owner of w&w. I am designing new products for an autumn release which will include some follow-ups to popular series like The Big, the Bold and In a Word.
To be honest, I went through a lot of anxiety and self-doubt before I could get down to the business of actually producing designs. So often I think we all go through that period of "I am not good enough" when we face new challenges and feel fear of disappointing the expectations of ourselves and others. I certainly experienced this in a big way. I really appreciate all the support throughout this process!

ReplyDeleteNext week sounds like so much fun! I will say I was worried after not seeing any new releases this spring/summer, but I am so HAPPY you are back! Sometimes we expect too much of ourselves. Do what you love, have fun, it WILL all work out. Shay, you are so wonderful, just be you and the rest will follow.
