My color inspiration this time is nice and pale and feels like spring:
I used the darling elephants from the adorable Big Hugs with Evelin T Designs, stamped on watercolor paper, and softly watercolored in. I did a soft blue wash around the elephants first, then came in with some pale green over the top of the blue and just right next to the outline of the elephants. These two colors blended together beautifully to make the color you can see on here. The pink is hard to see, but there for the ears and cheeks of the elephants. I used a ruler and a fine line black pen to add a double lined sketchy frame around the outside of my panel, then added a sentiment and some hearts from Sending You with Evelin T Designs. Finished off by using that same black pen to add a few dots around the hearts to soften them up a bit.
