Hi there everyone and a very happy Friday! Lydia here with you today on the Winnie & Walter blog, and I'm sharing a fun one layer card idea.
First I stamped and gold embossed the word 'noel' using Typecast:Cary, I love the clean and classic look of this alphabet stamp set and can see me reaching for this time and again. Once the sentiment was in place I could then move on to stamp the flower clusters into place.
I used the new In Bloom: Frenchy's Festive Florals with Angelica Suarez to stamp my flower clusters. I used quite a few elements from the set using my favourite Christmas colour combo for this year- red, teal with a little hint of pink, green and yellow.
Once all the stamping was complete I took a grey coloured pencil and added a drop shadow to the gold embossed 'noel' to make it stand out a little more. I also added a few details to the larger flowers with coloured pencils.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you all have a great holiday season!
Hugs, Lydia xxx
