Autumn Wishes with Joni

Hello Everyone….

Today is my turn to share something using the new 2014 July released

The Big, the Bold, and Seasons.

I really love all the big sentiments from this set, simply works with many occasions.

For my project today I used the large sentiment from the set “autumn” and the tiny sentiment from the set “wishes”.  I also used the leaf image from the set as well, to create a falling leaves tree. 

To create the tree, I drew a line on the watercolor paper using the pointy tip of the Distress Marker then use the other end “the brush” to color in the tree and add water to watercolor it in.

For the leaves I color it in using the brush tip of the Distress Marker before stamping on the watercolor paper. I did not add any more water on the leaves I left it as is, really love the two tone and sometime three tones of the leaves. The colors I used were Wild Honey, Crushed Olive, and Vintage Photo.

For the sentiments the “autumn” is gold embossed on vellum and the “wishes” is stamped on the watercolor paper using Vintage Photo.
