Now on to this month's Rerun!
Each Rerun will provide plenty of inspiration focusing upon a featured product, a month-long sale on the featured product and a challenge (with a prize!) and giveaway. You will not want to miss out!
For our thirty-second Rerun we are concentrating on Mini Scenery: Madison. Like all the mini scenery series this is a little stamp with a lot of punch and versatility!
Now on to the cards!
Now on to the cards!
I have no idea how we are already well into July, do you?!? This being the beginning of July we have another Rerun for you and this time around it is the fun Mini Scenery: Madison which reminds me of waves, scales and peacocks.
As I mentioned I went straight for peacocks for my inspiration for today's card. Can you see the color inspiration and a bit of the design? On a piece of watercolor paper I stamped Mini Scenery: Madison with grey ink. Next I watercolored in with Distress Inks in salty ocean and chipped sapphire. Next I painted in with lime iridescent paint the top of each arch. I cut out the rectangle and adhered it with foam adhesive to a larger leaf green piece of cardstock and then adhered that to a white A2 card base. Out of lime cardstock I cut out the In a Word: Hello Cutaway (you can use any of them you wish to change out the sentiment) and also painted over it with the lime iridescent paint. Last I adhered that to the card and voila the card is done!
That's it from me...wait until you see what Gayatri and Kelly did with Mini Scenery: Madison ...so awesome!
Now it's your turn to play along with Rerun!
- Create a new project using Mini Scenery: Madison. An alternative to using Mini Scenery: Madison is to create a new project using one of the projects featured in this post (or any Rerun post throughout July by The Talent) as your inspiration. Make sure you use at least one (1) w&w product (this can include a freebie found in the w&w shop) in your project. If you choose the alternative to using Mini Scenery: Madison, please include in your post or project description which project inspired you and how.
- Link up your project here by 11:55 p.m. CST on July 31, 2018.
- Enter as many times as you want before the deadline.
- This Rerun Challenge may be combined with other challenges found here on the w&w blog or elsewhere.
One project will be randomly chosen to win $25.00 credit to the w&w shop! The winner will be announced on the w&w blog in August.
Please comment on this post (make sure to include your email address in your comment--if you have to add your email address to your comment please do so by replying to your original comment) by 11:59 p.m. CST on July 31, 2018 for a chance to win your very own Mini Scenery: Madison stamp set!
