Congrats with Keren

fullsizerender-32
Hello everyone! So happy to be joining you today to share a project linked in the Birthday Challenges. I hope you've had a look at some of the brilliant entries, or better still, had a go at a challenge or two!
The challenge I've hosted is called 'Off The Page' and is all about taking your card design off the page and extended past the edges of the card base. You can quite easily just push an element slightly over the edge or do something way past. Much further than a cm or two requires a little 'structure' and so here's how I created an acetate girder!

I'd hide the'workings' with some more cardstock or a little patterned paper and if you wanted to hide it completely, you could add some smaller flowers on the reverse of the acetate semi-circular frame. The front gives an almost floating impression.

I've used the In Bloom; Elsa's Flora set  plus the fab new die In A Word: Congrats Cutaway. The flowers were stamped and white heat embossed then coloured with Zig Clean Color Markers. Add a dash of sequins and some cardstock attached at angles and you have a 'simpler than you think' card!

I'd love to see you join in with my challenge- or any of the other 9. You've got until March 6th to enter and link up your project. All the details(including links to all challenges) are found on this post and with so many prizes and a guest spot up for grabs, you're bound to find one challenge that inspires you.
Hope you're enjoying this month long celebration and hope to see you soon.
Keren xx
