Peace with Gayatri

Hello and welcome! This is Gayatri here bringing to you another Holiday card using some of the gorgeous Winnie & Walter products.

Peace card

My card base is black card stock. I die cut two rectangle panels using the rectangle dies from Essentials: Katharine cutaway. The largest panel using white card stock and the smaller panel using black card stock. On the black panel, I used white pigment ink to stamp the images from Winter Wonderland stamp set. Love white on black. The wooden slab image at the centre is awesome.

I set this panel to dry while I worked on the white panel. I used Scenery: Classic Diagonal creative screening and Candied Apple distress ink to sponge on the stencil. Love the white and red striped pattern. I adhered the black stamped panel on the striped panel using foam adhesives. The sentiment is die cut using In a Word: Peace cutaway. I die cut three using scrap white cardstock and one using red foiled cardstock. Stacked glued them with red foiled piece on the top. Adhered this dimensional sentiment on the middle of the black panel. Now the whole finished panel is adhered to the black card base. Finally embellished with Nuvo Raspberry Glitter crystal drops.

I love the white images on black with pop of red. Very festive I think. Hope you got inspired.

Thanks for stopping by today. Have a wonderful weekend!
